We feel home at land as much as at sea! New hiking and snowshoeing trips

Oceanwide has offered snowshoeing on Noorderlicht for many years and since the demand on shore activities is ever growing new land activities have been added and hiking options extended. Oceanwide offers hiking trips to the Antarctic and Arctic. On those departures our passengers can choose between easy, moderate and more challenging walks. This way we offer options for everybody! The duration of those walks can vary between  2 - 3 hrs per landing in Antarctica (1x morning/1x afternoon). In the Arctic summer we offer full day walks over tundra and wild landscapes. Walks always depend on the actual landing site. Oceanwide polar guides take the lead , they are experts in their field, well educated and experienced.

What's new?
Free rental of snow shoes on MOL23 and all PLANCIUS voyages. Free rental of rubber boots on all PLANCIUS voyages. There is no supplement to our hiking options.

Good to know: walking is always an option all Oceanwide voyages, even though it is not a dedicated hiking itinerary.
